Taste: Delicate and slightly sweet

Vitamins: Vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, iron, and fiber. They are also a source of antioxidants.

Usage: Addition to sandwiches, both meat-based and vegetarian, salads, appetizers, smoothies, decorations.

Pea

Taste: Delicate, nutty

Vitamins: Vitamin E, vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), as well as minerals, including magnesium, copper, phosphorus, and selenium. They are also a source of protein and healthy fats.

Store microgreens in a closed refrigerator, adding moisture using a damp paper towel. Avoid excessive pressure, keeping them loosely to maintain their shape. Consume as soon as possible after purchase to maintain maximum freshness and nutritional value.

Microgreens are grown in Wrocław, on vertical and multi-level shelves. These plants are cultivated in a controlled environment with regulated temperature and ventilation, using minimal water and appropriate lighting. By growing microgreens in a closed environment, we eliminate the risk of pollution from exhaust fumes, weeds, pests, and other harmful substances. The cultivation conditions are strict and controlled, ensuring consistent quality regardless of climatic conditions, weather, or season.
